Group Training is an exciting and cost affective way of training if you have like-minded people around you who have similar training goals. It can increase motivation and will be a great way for couples to improve their relationship bond.
Group sessions can vary from aerobics to strength training to circuit training and sessions are available for a minimum of three people. Group training can be done indoors or in a nearby park, weather permitting.
